Terms of Service

1. Use of Service

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service for your personal or commercial content creation.

Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the Service:

• To analyze or generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.

2. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

• Accuracy: AI is known to occasionally "hallucinate" or generate incorrect information. You acknowledge that ReelWise makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the generated content.
• Human Review: You agree that you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing or acting upon it. E+J Productions LLC is not liable for any errors or omissions in the generated content.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of E+J Productions LLC and its licensors.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the videos you submit for analysis and the scripts generated for you. We claim no ownership over your creative output.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall E+J Productions LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any content generated by the AI; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
